Dr Grant McAree

My name is Grant McAree; but I prefer for you to use my Christian name. I enjoy all types of dentistry but with the demand for a great smile, I have enjoyed attending many cosmetic courses, including facial line reductions. This allows me to change patients and the way they feel about themselves. I have seen patient's confidences dramatically improve after treatment and that gives me great satisfaction.

I have 2 degrees and qualified in Scotland; finally settling in Devon with my wife and son (and Buster the boxer dog).

I look forward to seeing you on your 6 month review and hope I can answer any questions you may have. In the mean time please feel free to contact me regarding any concerns that you may have about your previous visits to The Whyte House.

During my professional career, I have:

• Attended the world aesthetic conference.
• Completed courses in intermediary and advanced botox in London.
• Attended the Bill Dorfman (extreme makeover) course at The Royal College Of Surgeons.
• Completed filler courses in Ascot.
• Currently undertaking implant certification in The Eastman Dental Hospital (A 1 year course).
• Advanced techniques in endodontics (root treatment).
• Completed an Invisalign course (invisible braces) and is now booked on the Advanced course.
• Completed a course in Medical and Dental Hypnosis.

I am a member of the British Dental Association (BDA) and the British Medical and Dental Hypnosis Society.

My General Dental Council Number is 73367.

Amanda Bailey - Practice Manager

Amanda is originally from Exeter. She was part of the management team in my Plymouth practice from the time it opened.

Wishing to move back to her roots, she was happy to follow me to Topsham and to help me develop and build another practice from scratch, as she always enjoys a challenge!

She has background experience in business administration and also previously worked for the Citizens Advice Bureau as an advice worker and, The Health Information Centre based at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth.

Amanda has numerous qualifications covering all aspects of administration and customer care knowledge.

Amanda covers all areas of running the practice from making a brew to practice accounts.

You will see her mainly in the reception area waiting to welcome you.

Rebecca Dart

Rebecca is Grants chair side assistant and is a qualified Dental Nurse.

She has been nursing for four years and is continuing her development in her nursing career towards dental cosmetics and Implants, radiography and Oral Hygiene certification, she also has an interest in sign language.

Rebecca enjoys her work immensely and always offers a hand to hold.
